The wonderful ways our body works is a life-long interest of mine.
For over twenty years I was teaching physical education in fitness centra in Jerusalem. Through the years and with the accumulated experience I have developed series of isometric exercises which I taught in my own gym studio in Jerusalem.
I lived in North America for five years and in The Netherlands for seven years. In The Netherlands I taught the Buteyko Breathing method in the Hague & surrounding.
As of November 2007 I am teaching the Buteyko breathing method in Jerusalem and in Modiin, Israel.
My approach
Our body is a fantastic and trustworthy treasure with which we are born. Respecting and maintaining it correctly gratifies us with health and energy that determines the quality of our life.
Sometimes the road to realizing this is bumpy. Still it is never too late to improve.
Practicing the Buteyko Breathing Method is a fascinating journey and a furthering exploration which we conduct by our own breathing and determination.
There is always more to learn and discover.
We have it all within us.
Last, not least and very important
For parents of asthmatic children
Reading websites such as this is not attractive for children. The chance that they will find The Buteyko Breathing Method on their own is very slim.
It might take years for them to know that they can be helped, unless they hear about it from an adult that has a crucial role in their life.
